Ferndale Project is the experimental arm of Eastern Market Brewing Co. and Elephant & Co. Since opening in 2020, the Ferndale community has given incredible support and valuable feedback, helping us fine-tune what works best and what doesn’t.
We’ve introducing A/B testing of our beer and food. Our products will be released in pairs, and customers can vote for their favorites. This hands-on feedback is essential to shaping our growth.
The feedback we collect from you, our community, will be analyzed and used to adjust future recipes. Whether we're tweaking a current offering or creating something completely new, your input will be the driving force behind our decision-making.
The refined recipes based on your feedback, they’ll be scaled for broader release. Thanks to your contributions, your favorite experiments will be distributed through Eastern Market Brewing Co. and in our Elephant & Co. locations.

GERMAN v. ITALIAN
A crisp, clean German Pilsner vs. a dry-hopped, aromatic Italian Pilsner. Test them on draft via Lukr Side Pull taps or in cans at home- each experience is different. Vote for your favorite, and the winner will return in time for Lagerdale 2025.

Eggs are the main theme here, and you’ll get to vote for your favorite side:
Over Easy: Over-easy eggs, chorizo, bacon, and cheese — a breakfast lover’s dream.
Scrambled: A veggie-packed omelet-inspired option featuring scrambled eggs, onion, peppers, avocado, and cheese.
